Of course, we are also always here to help, should you need it or simply prefer us to handle the updates to your website. We also offer WordPress training if you need to brush up on your skills or simply have a question or want to make a change to your existing website, but you don’t know how. We want to help you succeed.
Located in Pound Ridge, New York, our primary focus is to assist local small and medium sized businesses, non-profits and individuals in the immediate Westchester county, NY and Fairfield County, CT area with their online website design needs. However, we are not limited by geographical location.
About the Owner
Nicole Shaffer graduated, Cum Laude, from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science. She started building websites in the 90’s as a hobby and to help out family and friends. Nicole worked in Information Technology within the media/broadcast industry for 10 years before becoming CEO for a small self storage company. There, she oversaw all aspects of the business, including Marketing, and really came to understand the intricacies and unique nature of running a small business. She now owns her own small business in Pound Ridge, Sprocket Tech, designing websites and enabling clients to literally be the owner of their own domain. In addition to being a business owner and web designer, Nicole is a mom to a wonderful toddler and two furry pups, and wife to an amazing husband.
About the Name
Sprocket Tech is named after one of Nicole’s dogs– a rescued labradoodle named Sprocket.
